You can check one of our leases very quickly. There’s no need for lengthy negotiations and associated legal costs because all the clauses are fixed and the incentives included. Similarly, we are the landlord’s decision maker and can assure you there’ll be no delay in processing your application.

 



One fixed payment                                              Just one quarterly standing order payment covers your rent, service charge and buildings insurance. This makes financial planning easier because you know exactly how much you’ll be paying right the way through to the end of the term.


Flexible terms from just 6 months
Our comparatively shorter terms takes away your risk of being trapped by a long lease in an office you grow out of. Such flexibility is a great asset for startups with ambition.

On most properties you also benefit from the flexibility of a six month tenant only rolling break from day one. There’s no penalty when you give the right notice and, if you upsize
to a larger Crown Estate property, the six month notice period may be waived altogether.
